An 1884 issue (14 Septembre) of Le Ménéstrel notes a performance, not the premiere-- the writer notes an earlier performance conducted by Pasdeloup. BNF has (not yet scanned?) a reduction for piano solo by the composer, and the orchestral parts. - Schissel Bibliographie de la France 1886, page 233 (reduced forms, not full score). (Wanted: info on orchestral layout, location of parts/full score. Parts: BNF. Edinburgh Library has a 39-page may-be full score.)

An earlier reduction for solo piano was published in 1885, as were the parts. - Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 2e série, 74e année, Nº 27, 4 Juillet 1885, p.388, r.2472. (reduction) ; Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 2e série, 74e année, Nº 23, 6 Juin 1885, p.329, r.2087. (parts)
