Assuming that it is known that the work was originally entitled Partita/parthia, though how we know that I'm not sure.
Very little is known of Kalivoda, but Bąk's preface indicates that he was a lutenist and horn player. Since Bąk's project was to transcribe lute music for the modern guitar, this presumably comes from a lute manuscript. Tagged as such for now, but confirmation with a scan of an original manuscript would confirm the instrumentation.
