Publication by Lucca of Milan (not Ricordi, at first!) noted in the 31 March 1884 issue of the Bibliografia d'Italia, page 72. Silvertrust edition claims to be essentially a reprint of the Lucca edition of ca.1884 (and has Allegro giusto, Scherzo, Andante con moto, Allegro risoluto; this is more or less what the Burato/Ghidoni/Bosna trio has also.)
