publishing location not specified, and W.F. Shaw of New York had a Chicago branch until the branch was closed by the area sheriff for credit reasons in December 1897 (most importantly though, after 1884, so could have been published in more than one location, if only for precision.) There is also a Tarantelle in the 1894 Opus 68 "Kurze u. leichte Uebungsstücke" published in Leipzig, probably, thinks HMB (the parentheses "(Breitkopf & Härtel)" are in the scan, not introduced by the RHUL interpreter - HMB 1894 page 70), by Breitkopf.
