I wrote this piece as a result of observing bad driving. It is a tonal picture of a certain kind of lane-changing. A driver needs to change lanes and begins to do so without checking mirrors or traffic or using his turning signal. While the driver has partially changed lanes he then checks the traffic and/or mirror(s). Then later he puts on his turning signal. This driver may not be aggressive but just sloppy.

The worst kind of driver just has to get ahead at others' expense. He usually doesn't use turning signals. He won't let you into his lane if you put on your turning signal. He tailgates, squeezes into small spots while driving at high speeds, can't stand to be last in line, slams on his brakes in front of you if he perceives you don't accept his bullying. He is impatient and selfish -- on the take. He hates you if you don't give him what he wants when he wants it, even if you have no idea what he wants.

This video begins with some pictures of bad drivers who weren't paying attention and caused themselves grief. Then are shown accidents that inconvenienced others. Then really bad accidents are shown where it is likely that people died. Some of these accidents may have been caused by bullies. All too often, though, accidents happen to innocent people who are victims of bullying or drunkenness while the aggressor gets away.
