Instrumentation of ms. copy parts is actually flute, two violins, bass, violetta, continuo. Gronefeld: Gronefeld, Ingo (Tutzing, 1992–1994). Die Flötenkonzerte bis 1850. Ein thematisches Verzeichnis. Vol.1-4. Worklist of a number of flute concertos written up to 1850 (usually written e.g. GroF 532, say, at least @ RISM.) - Schissel (RISM seems to "think" that flute traversiere, not recorder, was intended for this work, btw.)
