November 8 1906 Musikalisches Wochenblatt/Neue Zeitschrift mentions (November 3 '06 in Köln and around that time in other places) several performances of the Requiem and (in Gürzenich) a performance of the Requiem together with the premiere of a Moór symphony... (in the same paragraph. MW page 813, NZ(M) page 875. )
