Navigation etc.

There are 3 works with title 'Sicilienne. Morceau de Salon' by Dietrich in Hofmeister's catalogue:

  1. (WoO). Warsaw: Spiess et Co., 1848
  2. Op.10. Leipzig: Breitkopf und Härtel, 1848 (3 pages long, per Stabikat)
  3. Op.30. Warsaw: Friedlein, ca.1853 (per NUKAT)

Further info: Op.30 is a sicilenne/etude dedicated to Felice Tarnowska (and is called his 2nd Sicilienne in the catalog of the Polish National Library.) Op.10 seems an unlikely choice, too brief, though perhaps it's a matter of typesetting choices. However: Op.30 is available at Polona.pl digitized (Academica ID 69747444) and opens Allegretto-Presto, in A minor. This isn't it. (NUKAT's catalog attaches Op.30 to this F major siciliano in the notes in their catalog entry, but their librarians should be contacted about that, it wants correcting.)
