Misc. Notes Based on the uploaded Breitkopf parts (which may be in turn reprints of the original Richault) with some attempt made to reconcile what seem to be mistakes (e.g. unison passages that are different only in one missing accidental in one instrument, that sort of thing, or some that are a bit more complicated - e.g. a passage in the second movement where two rest bars seem to have been accidentally inserted in the 2nd violin parts.)

Typeset using Lilypond 2.20.0. (Finale is Allegro in some parts, Allegro moderato in others.)

Misc. Notes French imprinter (rather than engraving by Breitkopf) noted on the last page; for various reasons it seems this might actually be a reprint with new plate numbers of the original Richault edition.

Navigation etc.

Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 2e série, 53e année, nº 48, 26 Novembre 1864, p.562, registration 2854.

Opus 57 also assigned to Deux Mazurkas published by Siegel in Leipzig in 1865 (see Hofmeister's Monatsbericht (1865), p.43).

Assuming tempo markings of B&H edition are the same as in the original... (but these might actually be the same publication anyway...)
