Comes from an unnamed collection op 166. Reprinted in Die Wundergeige (Ed Sebold) vol 6

Entries in Op166 are all (or the first 4?) listed in Library of Congress' 1913 publication "Catalog of copyright entries: Musical compositions: Part 3" (viewable via Google Books in the US). Also in the 1915 Handbuch der musikalischen Literatur by Carl Friedrich Whistling (the first issue after 1913) which lists all 4 movements.
