Grove Music lists a Suite for cl/va written in 1914, but it is not entirely clear that it is this one, since the titles are not exactly the same, and Grove is not in the habit of abbreviating titles. Further, the cover page for the Suite in the old style doesn't mention viola and is dedicated to one of England's famous clarinetists.
