This "urtext" or "scholarly" (scientific) edition was published at least 25 years ago in the EU (or 20 years ago in Italy, before 1996 in the former USSR). Such editions are also public domain in Canada because they fail to meet the minimum 'threshold of originality' to qualify for copyright as an 'adaptation'. They may not be public domain elsewhere. Navigation etc.

Voříšek's Op. 24 is his Mass in B flat (edited in MAB II 15). Though the symphony was never published with any opus number, it seems to be Op. 23, which is missing in Voříšek's numbering (in Grove it goes up to 26). It bears Op. 23 in some recordings.

According to Robinson's preface, it was intended to be published by Tobias Haslinger, but in the event was not published until 1957 by Supraphon/SNKLHU.
