Dedication is on autograph score at NMI. Dated 1893-11-2 - maybe date of premiere (perhaps Kes was not only dedicatee but conductor?)

The 2000 Donemus score (see WorldCat) gives 1886 for date of composition (though this could be the year composition was started rather than ended; there seems to be no consistent rule about such things). KB Netherlands has a 304-page Noske full score, estimated publication date 1908 (confirmed by HMB, see above.)
