- Actually, it is a browser specific problem. Both IE and Firefox are able to handle the 301 redirect with special characters perfectly fine, but Konqueror fails at it (encoding issue). And since Konqueror uses KHTML it is possible that Safari (which also uses KHTML) has the same bug. I can do a workaround (by passing through Konqueror/Safari requests), but I would need to know what browser you are actually using to do this, as I'm not completely certain this affects Safari (I do not have a Mac).
- I might also submit a bug report on this 301 response breakage to KDE, which will hopefully fix this in Konqueror and Safari. --Feldmahler 17:37, 7 February 2007 (EST)
