Folders 179 to 185 of the De Koven manuscript collection at Brandeis University contains at least a good portion of the opera in full score (with some instrumental parts).
Received its East Coast (New Haven) premiere the next week (September 26 - or sooner elsewhere) according to the New York Times. The review noted that it was next off to Boston for a month, then New York City.
An (alternate presumably) scan of the vocal score can be found at Google.
Not to be confused with The Student Prince (Romberg, Sigmund) (1924)
