History

This firm published two categories of music from 1925 to 1936 in Leningrad. First there were works by contemporary Soviet composers, and second works for amateurs. In the second category, in addition to piano pieces, it published Old Masters of the 17th and 18th Centuries, a long series of arrangements for violin or cello and piano by Moffat, Burmester (from Stücke alter Meister}, Kreisler etc. edited by Ginsburg. RSL catalog does not list any publications after the 1930s.
