Grove Music, as well as several recordings, translate this as "Solemn" Overture, which is the direct translation of "solennelle". Whether that is what is on the original orchestral score is another thing. Accurate title/translation from anyone with further information, or an orchestral score, would be welcome. (The original score has "Torzhestvennaia".) Fleisher gives 1895 for year of composition, 6 May (N.S.) 1896 for premiere.
