Non-standard alterations for sharps/flats/quarter-tones etc., presumably for use in specific pieces. The composer says:
"Let me translate from German, "Stimmung" means "Tunning" and "Versetzungszeichen" means "Accidental" and are not just what actually means also what are. They are independent of an instrument or composition like any other tunning, which is the opposite with a composition that depends on a system. I already used these tunings and accidentals on the last piano pieces and the last string quintet. On the score I put this reference as "tonality" also in the same score file I attached it. . . . According with the music theory things, these tunings do not belong to any other way of system that I know, (in Sound and mathematically) also don't know any acoustic instrument that could do that, these instruments not just have to be prepared but created, I have other 10 tunings and other some accidentals also other compositions with these systems".
