1912 composition date according to Emery (1928, 1969 revision?) "The Violin Concerto".

The full score (a rare thing it seems, but the Fleisher Collection at the Free Library of Philadelphia seems to list a copy, 80 pages) was published 1914 (they also have the parts).

Premiered 1913-10-20 - see Neue Zeitschrift für Musik, Jg. 80, 30 Oct.1913, p.609, article on Gernsheim's New Violin Concerto.
