An orchestration was planned, as evidenced by marks for instrumentation in a manuscript copy by Julie Vieuxtemps (B-Br Mus. Ms. 4358). In 2020, Christoph Baumgarten completed an orchestration. In 2026, Dr Zoltan Paulinyi orchestrated it for string orchestra.
