The score is inscribed by Pejacsevich with 'In dankbarer Erinnerung an die geniale Wiedergabe der Sonate (In grateful memory of the brilliant rendition of the Sonata)'. The score was owned by the violinist Max Weissgärber (1884-1951), who continued to perform the sonata after her death and his quartet performed the world premiere of the string quartet op.58 in 1930. The violin part contains fingerings in blue, which might be by Weissgärber, but the score was later owned by Friedrich Leitermeyer, 2nd violin in the Weissgärber quartet and then concert master of the Vienna Philharmonic.
