His Op.5 piano quartet was published in 1851, and Op.4 is listed in an 1872 Cranz publication, but the date of publication of one work can't always be deduced from that of nearby opus numbers. In any case, first published at some point not later than ca.1872, perhaps rather earlier.

A performance is announced in the Revue et Gazette Musicale de Paris, 12 Février 1854, p.54.
