*E.g. if a clef-change seemed to have been reverted (or re-reverted) without the Simrock typesetters having noticed the fact, leaving a false treble or bass clef at the beginning of a line and all sorts of 3rd-degree errors, the new edition tried to fix this ("without comment").

Theodor Schwendt was born in Winzendorf in 1865 and died in Vienna in 1916.
