This piece is one of a set of three composed for and performed at Katharine Tylko's wedding to Malcolm Hill. The three pieces are "Wedding Intrada" mj79.1 for trumpet and organ, "Wedding Preces and Responses" mj79.2 for soprano, tenor and bass, and "Zeby nam zawsze dobrze bylo" mj79.3 for all five performers. The three pieces have some common elements, but the style of the Preces and Responses is deliberately traditional.
