| Extra Information | *Though not credited in any printed score the orchestration was largely the work of Samuel-Rousseau, who was closely supervised by the composer. The 2-piano setting was composed by Fauré first, and then the orchestration followed. First editions of both settings were published by Durand in 1919. |
