Misc. Notes At a guess, as with very many other Hainauer Stenhammar issues of the period that may have been co-productions with Nordiska Musikforlag, this plate is the Nordiska Musikforlag plate, not the Hainauer plate, and likewise for the score (though it lacks the NKF prefix typical of the former publisher and the prefix-suffix almost always used by the latter.) It falls more easily into the chronological sequence of NKF than into that of Hainauer, though of course this is not determinative.-Schissel
