Misc. Notes this is not Fritz Spindler b.1817. Note signed 2nd page dated 1954. Probably not PD US and perhaps not PD CA. Discussion page gives some reasons why this is almost absolutely in copyright everywhere, unless one finds reason to suppose Spindler II (not necessarily a relation to Spindler b1817, just couldn't think of a better handle offhand- maybe Spindler (b.1870)?) - was alive in 1954 - and around 1956 too, it seems- but deceased in 1960. It seems actually he may have been around still ca.1970, but not sure.)
