Navigation etc.

I was able to find two historical performances of A Dreamlet in versions for guitar trio and octet, respectively (see below). It is unclear whether Odell himself had a hand in either of these.

1914-05-31 in Omaha: auditorium of the Omaha Y.W.C.A.1
Members of the Francis Potter Mandolin Orchestra: Mrs. Thiessen, Miss Melotz, Francis Potter
1920-01?2
Members of the Pittsburgh Mandolin Orchestra, W.H. Sweeney (director): Clara Fahrbuechel, Maria Sweeney, Mary Sweeney, Messrs. Shane, Truitt, Marshall, Du Barry, Stright
  1. "Y.W.C.A. Notes," Omaha Daily Bee, May 31, 1914.
  2. Herbert Forrest Odell, "Programs of Concerts and Recitals," The Crescendo 12, no. 8 (February 1920): 17.

To those with access to Newspapers.com, there is probably a February 1916 performance of the version for two guitars listed here.
