This is probably the work entitled Cinquième air suisse dans la leçon du Barbier, varié pour la clarinette en si bémol avec acc. d'orch. ou d'harmonie ou de piano seulement published in 1867 by Lafleur père et fils in Paris. On the Cundy solo clarinet part from the LOC beneath the word "theme" is "air suisse" although the "a" is cut off.
