Published as a supplement to Le Monde Musical in 1913 (not otherwise published until 1924, but this does put it under the 1923 bar.)
Composition in the same year as publication apparently confirmed in Germaine Tailleferre: la dame des Six by Hacquard (at least according to Google snippet view?). Tailleferre wrote other berceuses, for piano (1935) and possibly for a vocal suite also.
