Should really be located, and tagged, under the/as the harpsichord concerto original, as an arrangement. (Also: the cello part of the cello/piano publication can be found scanned here @ UNCG in the Wellesz collection.)

According to Grove Music, it is the other way around; the harpsichord concerto is an arrangement of the cello concerto, so it should stay this way, although with a catalogue number of F39a, it perhaps should have its own page?
