There are two versions of this work listed on RISM:

  1. Manuscript (Possibly Autograph), SBB, Am.B 479 (42), for cello and continuo
  2. Mus.ms. 11629/50, for solo keyboard.

As the score in Vermischte Musikalien has figures in the bass part, this must surely be the version for cello. It is unusual, though, that it is notated using a mixture of soprano, alto, tenor and bass clefs.

The score in Vermischte Musikalien is (not necessarily by this argument) neither of them! (for one thing, it's from Gallica @ BNF, not SBB). It is a typeset, printed version. The one listed for cello and continuo in SBB is a manuscript, consisting of the first movement only.
