October 24 1896 "The Academy and Literature, Volume 50", No.1277, p.315 mentions (and reviews) a violin/piano performance by Ysaÿe and Rasse at St.James' Hall, London.

Possible that full score was not published until ca.1900 (but listed in Tottmann, Führer durch den violin-unterricht, p.222.)
