History

This firm operated from 1840 in Stuttgart. From 1889 its location was Ludwigsburg, just north of Stuttgart. It published a wide range of works: sacred music, male voice choir works, and light music: dances for piano, music for zither, and songs. It was sold to Bosworth & Co. in 1897.
