||Notes to a Concert by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra containing the Winkler Flute Concerto ("Instrumentation of the work has been specially made by Mr. [Alfred] Quensel" - the orchestral score and parts did not survive for performance to the best knowledge of the people involved.) (April 1-2, 1910.)
Program notes seem to conjecture this work may have been performed when Winkler was with the Weimar orchestra (not sure if there is any record of this - fairly sure Alan Walker's volume on Liszt's Weimar years, which contains some information on Liszt's conducting during that time, does not contain an entry for a Winkler flute concerto, but it makes no claim to completeness despite the length of the list of works conducted.)
