A short list of Boisdeffre's vocal works up to 1892 gives Op.39 as 2nd collection of six melodies "pour chant". (Why Op.39 _no.8_ I have no idea whatsoever. Maybe he added to the set later?) - Schissel (Also-- Guinand- librettist for all? Just the canzonetta?)
