Extra Information Originally collected and arranged by Pyotr Sokalsky; edited and published by N. Borozdin and Daniil Mordovtsev after Sokalsky's death. All libretti are presented in their original languages but written using the pre-revolutionary Russian orthography. Malorossiya is a geographical and historical term used ca. from the 14th to the early 20th century for some regions in Rus'/Russian Empire. Most of them belong nowadays to Ukraine (for further information, see Wikipedia).
