The author of the Hymn to Saint Patrick seems to be anonymous? but it or a similar text may have been published as early as 1843 in Manual of Catholic Melodies: or, a Compilation of Hymns, Anthems, Psalms while it more certainly seems to date to 1870.
LoC lists a Mass in Honor of St. Peter by Wiegand published by J Fischer in 1916. ("Mass in honor of St. Peter; for 2 tenors and bass or soprano, alto and bass, with organ..." - http://lccn.loc.gov/unk84080281 - note the unk ; may not be in the LoC's possession. British Library St Pancras also has this - WorldCat.) (Also, a 1912-published one in honor of St. Vincent.)
