A curious 4-part adaption of a popular 15c Flemish folk song. The cantus firmus lies in the alto and tenor parts, playing in canon a 4th apart, which produces some rather gauche harmonies.
The folk tune was set by Agricola, Josquin, and others. This particular version is from the University of Munich MSS 328-331 partbooks.
