This is not quite a proper work by Dussek but rather a hybrid concerto consisting of one movement from Dussek's concerto opus 22 (the 2nd movement Larghetto) surrounded by the outer movements from his opus 27 concerto, the resulting hybrid published as his opus 66 (perhaps not with his permission) around 1807.
