According to December 1823 Musikalische Zeitung, p.47, trios op. 7 and 14 were published by 1823. - Schissel

Probably closer to 1814 or so, and a "third trio" by Kalkbrenner was published by 1816 suggesting rather strongly that even if this work was _not_ published until much later, as happens... (though perhaps it simply hasn't turned up in a search, too...) - that it was at least composed by the time the 3rd trio was published!-ES
