Misc. Notes The vdg part contains a few low Bs below the range of the viola.

The editor uses the title concerto because in the ms from the Hesssische Landesbiblothek in Darmstadt (see above) there is the concerto subtitle. He also finds that especially the third movement has a concertante character, but admits that the work is best performed as chamber music.
