The Andante with Variations for "clavecin ou pianoforte" published by Artaria and noted in the "An x" (1801-2) "Journal général de la littérature étrangère, ou Indicateur bibliographique" (p.129, right under a Josef Reicha cello concerto) might be a different work (the title is certainly generic enough.)
