"Arline" poss. after The Bohemian Girl by Michael William Balfe (premiered almost 4 decades back but still popular) or specifically one of its main characters.
The front cover of the Pepper publication has 1878, the inside has 1881 (when there is disagreement usually it's in the reverse order.) At a guess the cover was made before the works were arranged for piano (there is reason from the description to believe so- it describes them as performed by band, not piano. This may well be their first published form in some cases.) This particular work may have been performed under a different name (references to "Arline Quickstep" or similar, in contemporary journals and publications seem few if any?)
