The Parisian firm P. Goumas, founded in 1854, and know as F. Tournier et P. Goumas until 1868, published wind band music. A typical early item was Fantaisie sur les Pantins de violette by Adolphe Adam, arranged by Douard (1858). It was taken over by Buffet-Crampon in the 1870s and the imprint was used for both solo wind and wind band works until 1896.
