Hoffmeister's "Oeuvre II Libro II" - Op.2 - is a piano concerto in G major for the same instrumentation (see this abschrift from 1809, unfortunately no incipits - RISM 190021716.) The incipits for Weinmann 77 (see RISM link in External Links), however, match the BNF parts.
