According to Craw, the first edition from Boyer was only for two performers (harpsichord (or piano) and violin), and a few other early editions were for violin/cello/piano, with the order C.54/56/55: Corri & Co., as Op.20 (pub. 1793); Imbault, as Op.21 (pub. 1800-06 ca.); Simrock, as Op.21 (Plate 609). |
