Music in the Soviet Era: 1917-1991 (Hakobian), p.348 gives a premiere date of July 18 1920 (rather than a month later). So does Russian Wikipedia (18 июля 1920). RAM’s copy also has c 1923. In any event, US copyright on the work itself runs out in 2022 at latest (as is true of symphony 4, published in 1926 definitely.)
