David [pseud. of Domenico Savino, of U.S.]" The copyright registration for the theater orchestra version lists "T.Thiele and M. David [pseud. of D. Savino, of U.S.]" The renewals in 1947 were made by E.B. Thiele as author of the piano solo version and D. Savino as arranger of the version for orchestra.
