† There is a Violin Sonata No.1 from 1911-12 but it appears to have been left incomplete, according to the International Skalkottas-Feinberg Society. The notes to the Genuin recording of this sonata estimate "1960s" rather than 1955-56 for the composition of this 2nd sonata.
